This fall, Soluna Sage is opening a 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training — small, local, and built for real life. Whether you're deepening your own practice or stepping fully into teaching, this training meets you where you are.

How it works

A hybrid format designed for working adults and parents, not just people with endless free time:

  • 1 live Zoom call per week — connect with your cohort, ask questions, go deeper.

  • 1 in-person Saturday a month at Soluna Sage for hands-on practice, real feedback, real community.

  • One retreat weekend — a chance to fully unplug and immerse.

  • Small cohorts of 10 people — you will be seen, known, and supported, not lost in a crowd.

No exams. No gatekeeping. Just steady, supported growth — assessed by what you can actually do, not by a test.

The Investment

Pay in Full: $1,750 — one simple payment

Deposit + Payment Plan: $500 deposit (applied to your total) + 5 monthly payments of $250 (August–December)

Total either way: $1,750.

No discount for paying in full, no penalty for the payment plan — just whatever works for your life. Deposits are open. Spots are limited to 10 per cohort, and close July 31st or whenever the cohort fills — whichever comes first.

All payments, including the deposit, are non-refundable.

In-Person Intensives (30 hours):

You can expect a blend of practice, labs, workshops, and community.

  • Saturday, August 8th - 2pm-5pm | Cohort #1

  • Saturday, August 15th - 2pm-5pm | Cohort #2

  • Saturday, September 5th - 2pm-5pm | Cohort #1

  • Saturday, September 12th - 2pm-5pm | Cohort #2

  • Saturday, October 10th  - 2pm-5pm | Cohort #1

  • Saturday, November 7th - 2pm-5pm | Cohort #1

  • December 12th — Graduation!

**Optional office hours before each intensive Saturday Session from 1pm-2pm!

Online Coursework (~9 hours/week)

A weekly rhythm of:

  • Pre-recorded instructional videos

  • Practice teaching prompts

  • Reading + study guides

  • Live Zoom calls (*Tuesdays 7pm-8pm)

Weekend Retreat

Led by Ally McElroy, E-RYT 500, this training is rooted in one core belief: yoga is for every body, every age, every level of experience. You don't need to look a certain way or move a certain way to teach. You just need to show up.

What will we be studying?

Expect modules on: The History of Yoga, Yoga Philosophy, Different Styles of Yoga, Anatomy, Yoga Asana, Class Sequencing, Class Experience, Pranayama, Meditation, The Chakras and Subtle Energies, Mudras, Beyond the Mat, Business of Yoga & Marketing.


What is included in the weekend retreat?

Our YTT cohorts will spend a weekend together in Townsend, TN. This weekend retreat includes:

  • Lodging for the weekend

  • All meals

  • Workshops and guided practices

  • Community-building and reflection time

*Transportation is not included.


Are there any practice perks?

Yes! All trainees will receive a free unlimited membership for the 4 months of this training (August 2026-November 2026).


What if I can’t attend my cohort’s weekend intensive date?

We understand life is busy and you might have prior commitments planned before signing up for this training. You will have the option to make up the date by attending the intensive of the other cohort. If you have any specific questions about making up dates or attendance requirements, let Ally know!


Will you offer this training again?

We are not planning to offer a 200 Hour Teacher Training again until Fall 2028.
