     In our most still and meditative class, Yin yoga is your opportunity to find inner peace. During this practice, you'll engage in static, long-held stretches, usually in a seated or floor position, with a specific focus on targeting the fascia or connective tissue in your body. The areas that usually hold the most tension, like your hips, hamstrings, back, and shoulders, will be gently addressed. In a Yin pose, you’ll use props and find relaxation while allowing gravity to gradually release any tension in your body. During this class, you'll engage in sun salutations and flowing sequences, so you can both move gracefully and practice mindfulness.

Perfect for all levels, The Lift leaves you energized, strong, and centered—ready to take on your day with intention and strength.

    The Edge is a dynamic power vinyasa class designed to challenge your limits and build strength, endurance, and focus. Through breath-driven movement, creative sequences, and intentional intensity, you'll cultivate heat and discover your edge — both physically and mentally. Perfect for those ready to push boundaries and leave feeling empowered.

  • Vinyasa

    Dip your toes into vinyasa yoga at Soluna Sage! If you've already taken a class, you might recognize some of the moves (like downward facing dog), but this class takes it up a notch by emphasizing the foundational poses' alignment and the transitional movements with creative sequences. You can expect to flow smoothly from pose to pose. This class moves slow enough to help you nail foundational moves, but fast enough to make you feel the burn and get a little sweaty. It's an excellent starting point!
