Scott first discovered yoga in his college dorm, and his practice has grown in ways he never could have anticipated. Over the last decade, he went from doing YouTube yoga in his bedroom to being a certified 200 hour instructor with a consistent practice propelled by a love of learning and challenging himself. His favorite thing about yoga is its ability to calm both the body and mind. He hopes to give back to the community by sharing what made him fall in love with the practice.

Outside of yoga, Scott enjoys hiking, skiing, tennis, pickleball and chess. He lives in Johnson City with his partner and three cats.
