Kaylin Meier
Kaylin fell into yoga over a decade ago through her passion for health and wellness. Through breath and movement, she found it could help people feel safe and confident in their own bodies. Over the years, as a yoga and Pilates instructor and peer support specialist, Kaylin’s yoga practice shifted from physical focus to a greater emphasis on emotional regulation, presence, awareness, and trauma-informed care.
Kaylin is currently pursuing my master's in social work with a focus on nature-based therapy, which she hopes to combine with yoga in the future to serve clients while building a connection to the world around them and to themselves. Today, Kaylin’s yoga journey is about creating spaces where people can slow down, reconnect, and feel grounded.
