Amid the chaotic times of his college years, Andrew found yoga. Delving deep into a meditation practice and the profound wisdom of yogic philosophy, he connected with a sense of peace and purpose that had eluded him for years. As the pandemic impacted the world, his yoga practice evolved, emphasizing the physical asana practice. Andrew found solace in the power of movement and breath. Spurred by his passion, Andrew began a journey that would eventually lead to a 200-hour RYT certification. The more he immersed himself in the practice, the more he craved a profound understanding of its intricacies. He is currently working on his 300-hour RYT certification.
